"All antibodies (SARS-CoV-2)" package: IgG-S + IgM + NAb (RBD) neutralizing antibodies
Comprehensive determination of all key SARS-CoV-2 antibodies: IgM, IgG to spike protein (S), and neutralizing antibodies NAb (RBD). Assesses both current/recent infection and body protection level after vaccination.
Deviation mechanism:
IgM — early infection marker
IgG-S — long-term immunity after infection or vaccination
NAb (RBD) — neutralizing antibodies blocking viral RBD-cell interaction; providing reinfection protection
Recommended for: COVID-19 symptom patients; post-vaccination patients; immunity assessment and revaccination need evaluation; population immunity monitoring.
Biomaterial: Venous blood
Fasting preferred but not required
Water permitted
Exclude alcohol 24 hours before
Avoid physical activity and stress before collection
Suspected acute or recently transferred COVID-19; immune response monitoring after vaccination; revaccination need assessment; immunity monitoring in medical workers and risk groups.
IgM positive, IgG-S negative — early infection stage.
IgM positive, IgG-S positive — current or recently transferred infection.
IgM negative, IgG-S positive — formed immunity after infection or vaccination.
NAb high — reliable reinfection protection.
NAb low — weak immunity; revaccination may be needed.
All negative — immunity absent.
Recommended physicians: Infectious disease specialist or General Practitioner.
