Payment and Refunds
This section has been developed in accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Health and the Healthcare System" and the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, governing the provision of medical services and refund procedures.
Payment Procedure
Payment for medical services is made in accordance with the procedures established by KAZMED Group of Companies and may be carried out by the following methods:
- cash
- bank card
- online payment or payment via link
Payment is generally made prior to the provision of the medical service, unless otherwise stipulated by internal rules or agreements between the parties.
Refunds
A refund is possible upon the existence of valid legal grounds.
To request a refund, the following steps are required:
- submit a written application addressed to the General Director
- send the application to the official email address: kazmed2006@gmail.com
The application will be reviewed within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receipt. The applicant will receive a response upon completion of the review.
Legal Grounds for Refund
A refund is issued upon confirmation of valid legal grounds, which include:
- a breach of the medical care protocol identified during an internal review
- failure to provide a paid service
- duplicate charge
- other grounds provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Refund Restrictions
A refund will not be issued in the following cases:
- the medical service was provided in full
- the laboratory test has been completed or is in progress
- the biological material has been accepted and processed in the system
