Alloimmune Antibodies, Anti-Rh Antibody Titer (Serum)
The test is performed for quantitative determination of anti-erythrocyte (alloimmune) antibody titer.
Used for assessing the degree of immune conflict during pregnancy.
Applied for dynamic monitoring of Rh-negative pregnant women.
Prescribed when antibodies are detected in the screening test.
What the test assesses:
• Anti-erythrocyte antibody titer in serum
• Degree of immune response and risk of complications for the fetus
Biomaterial: Venous blood
• Submit fasting
• Avoid physical overexertion for 24 hours
Medications:
• As prescribed by a doctor
Recommended for testing:
• During pregnancy and Rh conflict
• For assessing risks to the fetus
• In complex blood transfusion cases
Important: results are assessed in combination with clinical data and screening results.
Negative result
— anti-erythrocyte antibodies not detected
— low risk of immune conflict
Positive result
— presence of anti-erythrocyte antibodies
— increased risk of complications for the fetus, dynamic monitoring required
Important: physician consultation is necessary for a positive or questionable result.
