Anti-RNP70 IgG antibodies, quantitative (ICL)
Detects antibodies to RNP70 protein for SLE and mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) diagnosis.
Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Draw blood fasting (8-12 hours without food)
- Exclude alcohol 24 hours before
- Avoid stress and physical activity 30 minutes before
- Suspected SLE or MCTD;
- joint pain, skin rashes;
- elevated ESR/CRP;
- organ involvement;
- autoimmune disease monitoring.
Negative — anti-RNP70 not detected.
Positive — characteristic of SLE and MCTD.
Rheumatologist consultation recommended.
