Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Draw blood fasting (8-12 hours without food)
- Exclude alcohol 24 hours before
- Avoid stress and physical activity 30 minutes before
- Vesicular or bullous skin and mucosal rashes;
- itching and pain;
- suspected autoimmune skin damage;
- disease activity and treatment monitoring.
Negative — antibodies not detected.
Positive — autoantibodies to specific skin antigens detected; confirms bullous dermatosis.
Results evaluated with clinical picture and other methods.
