Comprehensive molecular genetic intestinal microflora study for qualitative and quantitative microorganism composition assessment. Detects intestinal microbiome imbalances, dysbiosis degree, normal flora deficiency, and opportunistic/pathogenic organism overgrowth.
Composition:
Normal flora: Bifidobacterium spp., Lactobacillus spp., Bacteroides fragilis group, Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, E. coli (typical)
Opportunistic: Enterococcus, Streptococcus, Klebsiella, Enterobacter, Citrobacter, Proteus, Morganella, Serratia spp.
Pathogenic: Salmonella, Shigella, Campylobacter, Yersinia spp., Clostridioides difficile (toxigenic)
Fungal: Candida albicans and non-albicans; Anaerobes
Microorganism ratios are calculated to determine dysbiosis degree.
Method: Real-time PCR with quantitative determination.
