The test detects antibodies to aquaporin-4 (AQP4) and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG). Used for diagnosing demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system, including neuromyelitis optica (Devic's disease) and MOG-associated diseases, as well as for differential diagnosis with multiple sclerosis.

Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Submit fasting (8-12 hours without food)
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
- Avoid stress and physical exertion 30 minutes before
- If taking immunomodulators, hormonal, or anti-inflammatory medications — inform the doctor.

Negative result — antibodies not detected.
