Comprehensive IgM and IgG antibody determination to SARS-CoV-2 spike protein (S). Determines current or recently transferred infection and assesses immune response after vaccination.
Deviation mechanism:
IgM — early infection marker, appears within days of infection
IgG-S — forms long-term immunity, reflects body protection
Recommended for: patients with COVID-19 symptoms; post-vaccination patients; immune response monitoring in medical workers and risk groups.
Biomaterial: Venous blood
Fasting is preferred but not required
Exclude alcohol 24 hours before

IgM positive, IgG-S negative — early infection stage.
IgM positive, IgG-S positive — current or recently transferred infection.
IgM negative, IgG-S positive — formed immunity after infection or vaccination.
IgM and IgG-S negative — antibodies not detected; immunity absent.
