Extended Diagnostics of Autoimmune Liver Diseases (Hepato 1): ANA, AMA, ASMA, APCA, anti-LKM IIF — Antinuclear Factor, Antimitochondrial Antibodies, Antibodies to Gastric Parietal Cells, Antibodies to Smooth Muscle, Titer with Immunoblot Panel
The test detects autoantibodies associated with autoimmune liver diseases, including primary biliary cholangitis, autoimmune hepatitis, and other pathologies. Used for diagnosis, disease activity assessment, and therapy monitoring.
Composition (Immunoblot):
- ANA (antinuclear factor) — marker of autoimmune processes
- AMA-M2 (antimitochondrial antibodies, M2) — characteristic of primary biliary cholangitis
- Sp100 — antibodies to nuclear antigen, associated with liver damage
- LKM-1 (anti-Liver Kidney Microsomal type 1) — marker of type 2 autoimmune hepatitis
- gp210 — antibodies to nuclear pore antigen, associated with primary biliary cholangitis
- LC-1 (Liver Cytosol type 1) — marker of autoimmune hepatitis
- SLA (Soluble Liver Antigen / anti-SLA) — marker of severe autoimmune hepatitis
Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Submit fasting (8-12 hours without food)
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
- Avoid stress and physical exertion 30 minutes before
- Inform the doctor if taking immunomodulators, hormonal, or anti-inflammatory medications.
Prescribed for:
- suspected autoimmune liver damage
- elevated liver enzymes (ALT, AST, alkaline phosphatase, GGT) without obvious cause
- jaundice, fatigue, skin itching
- monitoring activity of already diagnosed autoimmune liver disease
Negative result — autoantibodies not detected.
Positive result — antibodies to ANA, AMA, AGMA, APCA, LKM, and Immunoblot components detected, indicating autoimmune liver damage.
Important: the result is assessed only together with clinical data and other laboratory indicators.
