The test detects antibodies to acetylcholine receptors (AChR) and muscle-specific tyrosine kinase (MUSK).
Used for diagnosing myasthenia gravis — an autoimmune disease in which nerve impulse transmission to muscles is impaired.

Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Submit fasting (8-12 hours without food)
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
- Avoid stress and physical exertion 30 minutes before
- If taking immunomodulators, hormonal, or anti-inflammatory medications — inform the doctor.

- difficulty chewing, swallowing, speaking

- suspected myasthenia gravis
Negative result — antibodies not detected.
Positive result:
AChR antibodies — characteristic of the classic form of myasthenia gravis
MUSK antibodies — characteristic of MUSK-associated myasthenia gravis
