Extended systemic scleroderma diagnostics: ANF (Hep-2) + Immunoblot 13 markers (Scl-70, CENP-A/B, RP11, RP155, fibrillarin, NOR-90, Th/To, PM-Scl-100/75, Ku, PDGFR, Ro-52)
The test detects specific antibodies in systemic scleroderma, allowing diagnosis confirmation, disease form determination (diffuse or limited), process activity assessment, and internal organ damage risk prognosis. Includes ANF (Hep-2) and immunoblot: Scl-70, CENP-A, CENP-B, RP11, RP155, fibrillarin, NOR-90, Th/To, PM-Scl-100, PM-Scl-75, Ku, PDGFR, Ro-52.
Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Draw blood fasting 8-12 hours (no water);
- exclude alcohol 24 hours before;
- avoid stress and physical activity 30 minutes before.
- Inform physician of immunomodulator, hormonal, or anti-inflammatory drug intake.
- Suspected systemic scleroderma;
- skin thickening and reduced mobility;
- finger redness and pain, Raynaud's phenomenon;
- muscle weakness;
- breathing disorders (suspected lung involvement);
- elevated fatigue and malaise;
- positive ANA test.
Negative — specific autoantibodies not detected.
Positive — antibodies characteristic of systemic scleroderma detected.
Note: Results evaluated only together with clinical symptoms and other parameters.
