Study of specific IgE using food allergen panel No. 3431 for comprehensive food sensitization assessment.
Panel composition (30 allergens):
Eggs: Whole egg, Egg white, Egg yolk
Grains: Buckwheat, Oats, Rice, Barley, Wheat flour
Fruits: Lemon, Tangerine, Orange, Banana, Pear, Grapes, Strawberry
Vegetables: Carrot, Eggplant, Broccoli, Tomato, Beet, Cucumber
Meat & Fish: Beef, Chicken, Pork, Duck, Cod, Hake
Dairy & Sugar: Cow's milk, Glucose
Legumes & Nuts: Beans, Hazelnut
Method: ELISA or ImmunoCAP
Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Draw blood fasting
- Exclude alcohol the day before
- Avoid intense physical activity and stress before testing
Medications:
Inform physician of hormonal drugs, immunomodulators, and antihistamines
- Allergic symptoms after food consumption;
- recurrent rash, itching, edema, urticaria, diarrhea;
- asthma or anaphylaxis after eating;
- suspected food allergy;
- individual diet planning.
Elevated specific IgE — sensitization to specific food products.
Low specific IgE — absence of significant sensitization or tolerance.
Final interpretation by physician.
