HPV high-risk, screening 14 types with differential detection of types 16 and 18 (RealBest HPV OncoScreen)
PCR test for detection of high oncogenic risk HPV DNA (14 types) with separate determination of types 16 and 18 using real-time PCR (RealBest HPV OncoScreen test system). Used for early HPV infection detection, precancerous and oncological change risk assessment, preventive examinations, and dynamic monitoring.
Biomaterial: Urogenital tract epithelial cell scrape
Exclude sexual contacts 24-48 hours before; do not use topical preparations, douching, or antiseptics; recommended outside menstruation; avoid invasive procedures before collection.
Preventive examination of reproductive-age women; PAP test deviations; suspected HPV infection; monitoring after HPV treatment; pregnancy preparation or planned medical interventions.
Negative — high oncogenic risk HPV DNA not detected.
Positive — DNA of one or more HPV types detected with indication of presence or absence of types 16 and 18; physician consultation required.
Note: Presence of HPV DNA does not necessarily mean development of malignant disease.
