Test for detecting high oncogenic risk HPV DNA with determination of 14 clinically significant genotypes by PCR. Used for extended screening of precancerous conditions, cervical cancer risk assessment, dynamic monitoring, and control after treatment. Includes sample adequacy control.
Biomaterial: Urogenital tract epithelial cell scraping
Avoid sexual contact for 24-48 hours; do not use local antiseptics, vaginal medications, or douching; submission outside menstruation is recommended; avoid invasive gynecological procedures before collection if possible.
Pap test abnormalities; cervical dysplasia or suspected precancerous changes; history of HPV infection; preparation for pregnancy or gynecological procedures; preventive examination with risk factors.
Negative — high oncogenic risk HPV DNA not detected, sample adequacy control normal.
Positive — DNA of one or more high oncogenic risk HPV types detected, physician consultation for further examination required.
Important: presence of HPV DNA does not necessarily mean oncological disease will develop.
