HPV LR, DNA 3 Types (6,11,44) + Sample Adequacy Control (Rectal Mucosa Scraping)
Test for detecting low oncogenic risk HPV DNA types 6, 11, 44 in rectal mucosa epithelial cells by PCR. Used for diagnosing HPV infection associated with anogenital warts and benign changes, and for monitoring treatment efficacy. Includes sample adequacy control.
Biomaterial: Rectal mucosa epithelial cell scraping
Avoid anal sexual contact for 24 hours; do not use rectal suppositories, ointments, or enemas for 24-48 hours; perform hygiene without antiseptics on the test day.
Presence of anogenital warts or papillomas; suspected HPV infection of the anorectal area; itching, discomfort, or pathological discharge in the rectal area; monitoring after HPV treatment; examination of patients in high STI risk groups.
Negative — HPV DNA types 6, 11, 44 not detected, sample adequacy control normal.
Positive — low oncogenic risk HPV DNA detected, confirms infection presence, physician consultation required.
Important: low oncogenic risk HPV is not associated with oncological diseases but requires medical monitoring.
