The test detects a broad spectrum of autoantibodies for systemic autoimmune connective tissue disease diagnosis. Includes immunoblot: nucleosomes, histones, SS-A, Ro-52, SS-B, nRNP/Sm, Sm, Mi-2 alpha, Mi-2 beta, Ku, CENP A, CENP B, Sp100, PML, Scl-70, PM-Scl100, PM-Scl75, RP11, RP155, gp210, PCNA, DFS70.
Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Draw blood fasting 8-12 hours (no water);
- exclude alcohol 24 hours before;
- avoid stress and physical activity 30 minutes before.
- Inform physician of immunomodulator, hormonal, or anti-inflammatory drug intake.
- Suspected systemic autoimmune connective tissue diseases;
- muscle weakness, skin rashes, Raynaud's phenomenon;
- elevated ESR, CRP, anemia, or malaise without cause;
- internal organ dysfunction (liver, kidneys, lungs);
- positive ANA test;
- established disease monitoring.
Negative — autoantibodies not detected.
Positive — specific autoantibodies detected; indicates certain autoimmune disease.
Note: Results evaluated only together with clinical symptoms and other parameters.
