Study of specific IgE using inhalation allergen panel No. 3110 for comprehensive sensitization assessment to the most common airborne allergens.
Panel composition (20 allergens):
Trees: Ash, Oak, Alder, Maple, Birch
Grasses: Bluegrass, Cocksfoot, Fescue, Ryegrass, Foxtail
Weeds: Annual wormwood, Ragweed, Nettle, Plantain, Goosefoot, Orache
Pets & feathers: Cat hair, Dog hair, Pillow feathers
House dust & mites: House dust, Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and farinae
Method: ELISA or ImmunoCAP
Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Draw blood fasting
- Exclude alcohol the day before
- Avoid intense physical activity and stress before testing
Medications:
Inform physician of hormonal drugs, immunomodulators, and antihistamines
- Seasonal or year-round allergic symptoms from dust, pollen, animal dander, mold;
- recurrent sneezing, rhinitis, cough, breathing difficulties;
- bronchial asthma exacerbation; suspected pollinosis or allergic rhinitis; planning allergen-specific immunotherapy;
- allergy dynamics monitoring.
Elevated specific IgE — sensitization to specific inhalation allergens.
Low specific IgE — absence of significant sensitization or tolerance.
