Neutralizing antibodies NAb (RBD) to SARS-CoV-2, quantitative — vaccination and immune protection monitoring
Determines neutralizing antibody level to the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. Used for vaccination efficacy assessment and immune protection after infection.
Deviation mechanism: Neutralizing antibodies block viral RBD interaction with ACE2 receptor → prevent virus cell entry → form protective immunity. High level indicates reliable protection; low level indicates weak immunity.
Recommended for: patients after COVID-19 vaccination; patients after SARS-CoV-2 infection; risk groups for immune protection monitoring; revaccination planning.
Biomaterial: Venous blood
Fasting is preferred but not required
Exclude alcohol 24 hours before
