The test detects antibodies to intracellular antigens for systemic autoimmune connective tissue disease diagnosis. Includes: ANF (Hep-2), dsDNA IIFL (Crithidia luciliae), dsDNA ICL quantitative, immunoblot: Nucleosome, dsDNA, Histone, SmD1, PCNA, P0, SSA/Ro 60kD, SSA/Ro 52kD, SSB/La, CenpB, Scl70, U1-snRNP, AMA-M2, Jo-1, PM-Scl, Mi-2, Ku.
Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Draw blood fasting 8-12 hours (no water);
- exclude alcohol 24 hours before;
- avoid stress and physical activity 30 minutes before.
- Inform physician of immunomodulator, hormonal, or anti-inflammatory drug intake.
- Suspected systemic autoimmune diseases;
- joint pain and stiffness; muscle weakness;
- dry eyes and mouth; skin rashes;
- elevated fatigue and temperature without cause;
- hair loss;
- positive ANA test;
- established disease monitoring.
Negative — autoantibodies not detected.
Positive — specific autoantibodies detected; may indicate certain autoimmune disease.
Note: Results evaluated only together with clinical symptoms and other laboratory parameters.
