Comprehensive study for autoimmune connective tissue disease detection. Profile includes ANF, dsDNA (ICL), and ENA antibody panel: Nucleosome, dsDNA, Histone, SmD1, PCNA, P0, SSA/Ro 60kD, SSA/Ro 52kD, SSB/La, CenpB, Scl70, U1-snRNP, AMA-M2, Jo-1, PM-Scl, Mi-2, Ku. Used for primary diagnosis, disease type clarification, and process activity assessment.
Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Draw blood fasting 8-12 hours (no water);
- exclude alcohol 24 hours before;
- avoid stress and physical activity 30 minutes before.
- Inform physician of hormonal, immunomodulating, or anti-inflammatory drug intake.
- Prolonged weakness and elevated fatigue;
- joint pain and swelling; skin rashes, photosensitivity;
- dry eyes and mouth; muscle weakness;
- unexplained fever;
- suspected systemic autoimmune diseases;
- established diagnosis monitoring.
Negative — autoantibodies not detected.
Positive — autoantibodies characteristic of certain connective tissue diseases detected.
