Profile 2 — Rheumatoid arthritis screening: ANF (Hep-2) titer, Immunoblot (dsDNA, RNP/Sm, SSA/Ro60, SSA/Ro52, SSB/La, CCP, AMA-M2(BPO), TG, IA, ACA(21-OH)), Anti-CCP quantitative, anti-MCV, RF IgM quantitative, RF IgG quantitative, ICL
Comprehensive profile for rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune disease screening and early diagnosis. Includes ANF (Hep-2), immunoblot: dsDNA, RNP/Sm, SSA/Ro60, SSA/Ro52, SSB/La, CCP, AMA-M2(BPO), TG, IA, ACA(21-OH), plus anti-CCP quantitative, anti-MCV, RF IgM, RF IgG. Used for diagnosis clarification, autoimmune process activity assessment, and differential diagnosis.
Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Draw blood fasting 8-12 hours (no water);
- exclude fatty food and alcohol 24 hours before;
- avoid physical activity and stress 30 minutes before.
- Inform physician of hormonal, immune, or anti-inflammatory drug intake.
- Joint pain, morning stiffness, joint swelling;
- suspected rheumatoid arthritis;
- chronic inflammation of unclear origin;
- prolonged weakness and fatigue;
- dry eyes and mouth;
- skin rashes;
- elevated rheumatoid factor or anti-CCP;
- suspected systemic autoimmune diseases;
- immunological test deviations.
Negative indicators — no significant autoimmune markers.
Positive results (anti-CCP, anti-MCV, rheumatoid factor, or antinuclear antibodies) — may indicate rheumatoid arthritis or other autoimmune disease; comprehensive assessment required.
Note: Presence of autoantibodies does not always mean disease. Interpretation by physician only.
