Profile 3 — CTD and combined disease screening (Sjögren's, RA, DM, Goodpasture's, Hashimoto's, Addison's, Graves', SLE): ANF + Immunoblot 10 markers
The test detects antibodies to intracellular, liver, and endocrine antigens for systemic autoimmune connective tissue and combined autoimmune endocrine disease diagnosis. Immunoblot includes: dsDNA, RNP/Sm, SSA/Ro60, SSA/Ro52, SSB/La, CCP, AMA(BPO), TG, IA, ACA(21-OH).
Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Draw blood fasting 8-12 hours (no water);
- exclude alcohol 24 hours before;
- avoid stress and physical activity 30 minutes before.
- Inform physician of immunomodulator, hormonal, or anti-inflammatory drug intake.
- Suspected systemic autoimmune connective tissue and endocrine diseases;
- joint pain and stiffness;
- muscle weakness;
- dry eyes and mouth; skin rashes;
- liver and thyroid function disorders;
- hypocorticism or suspected Addison's disease;
- positive ANA test.
Negative — autoantibodies not detected.
Positive — specific autoantibodies detected; may indicate certain autoimmune connective tissue and/or endocrine disease.
Note: Results evaluated only together with clinical symptoms and other parameters.
