Quantitative Determination of IgG to Gliadin, ICL
The test detects IgG antibodies to gliadin, used for diagnosing celiac disease, assessing disease activity, and monitoring gluten-free diet adherence.
Biomaterial: Venous blood
- Submit fasting (8-12 hours without food)
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours
- Avoid stress and physical exertion 30 minutes before
- Inform the doctor if taking immunomodulators, hormonal, or anti-inflammatory medications.

Negative result — Gliadin IgG antibodies not detected
Positive result — Gliadin IgG antibodies detected, characteristic of celiac disease or increased risk of its development
Important: the result is assessed together with clinical data and other laboratory tests; small intestine biopsy is sometimes required
