Prostate and Bladder Ultrasound
Prostate gland and bladder ultrasound is a safe and informative examination that allows assessment of the condition of the prostate gland, its size, structure, and the presence of any changes, as well as evaluation of the bladder.
During the examination, the doctor evaluates:
- the size, shape, and structure of the prostate gland,
- the presence of nodules, cysts, calcifications, or inflammatory changes,
- the condition of the bladder, the thickness of its walls, and residual urine after urination,
- if necessary — identification of pathologies related to urination.
The ultrasound helps detect prostate conditions at early stages, monitor treatment, and assess the condition of the bladder.
