Required for:
- pool attendance
- swimming and water sports classes
- health and sports facility visits
- swimming sports sections
Medical examination includes:
- physician examination (therapist or pediatrician)
- skin and general health assessment
- laboratory test — enterobiasis scraping
To obtain the certificate:
- visit the physician
- undergo medical examination
- take tests
