Condyloma removal with the Surgitron device is radiowave excision of anogenital condylomas (viral papillomas) caused by human papillomavirus (HPV). Condylomas on the penis, scrotum, and perianal area are removed pointwise under local anesthesia: radio waves evaporate the formation without skin contact, preventing bleeding and reducing scarring risk.
Since HPV persists in the body, follow-up examinations after removal are mandatory, and antiviral therapy may be prescribed to reduce recurrence risk. All consultations are strictly confidential.

Preparation:
- preliminary urologist or dermatovenerologist consultation is mandatory
- HPV analysis (typing) to determine the oncogenic risk of the strain
- hygienic shower on the procedure day
- inform about allergy to local anesthetics
- abstain from sexual contact 48 hours before and 3–4 weeks after removal
- both partners are recommended to be tested for HPV — to prevent reinfection
